I'm sure most people reading this already know me and pretty much everything about me so I'm not going to say much here. I'm not as creative with my writing as Danny is. He always manages to write something funny and entertaining. I promise my info will be dry and humorless. Well basically, I too grew up in MS and have a large, wonderful family back home there. I am one of six--have three brothers and two sisters all married and seven neices (with another on the way) and two nephews.

I recently got my PhD in microbiology from MSU and took a post-doc position at Johns Hopkins University which is what moved us here to Baltimore from MS. During my time at Hopkins I had our baby daughter, Weslie, who is the light of my life, along with her Daddy. I just took a job doing research for the army at the beginning of this year which moved us out of the city.
